- Using vacuum pump: By drawing blood towards the penis and making it swell, a vacuum pump indeed makes your penis larger. Nonetheless, this method only brings temporary results. Additionally, regular use of the tool can damage the penis’ elastic tissue which leads to a less-firm erection.
- Stretching: This method is done by using a special tool (e.g. stretcher or extender). By triggering penis traction, this method is expected to increase the size of the penis. While this method is reported to result in a longer penis (around 1-2 inch longer than normal size), there is no medical evidence that can support this finding.

Many attempts are done to enhance penis size. Yet, none of these can give permanent or 100% safe results. Instead, trimming your pubic hair or losing some weight might make your penis looks larger.
